Melissa Portugal is a registered trademark, crafted by Expolândia - Import & Exportação, Lda (CAE - 46422) headquartered at Rua Gândara dos Olivais, Lote 10 - Zicofa - 2415-808 Leiria, with NIF 502739207 registered in the commercial registry office of Leiria, which is dedicated to the shoe trade, hereinafter referred to as Expolândia.
These “Terms and Conditions” determine the rules of use and establish the contractual relationships between all users of the site and the company Expolândia.
To register on the website, you will need to register on the website. create an account by filling in the requested data.
The site user is responsible for the access data your account (e-mail and password) in order to guarantee their confidentiality. Only it is possible to make the purchase after logging into the site.
Through the Customer Area you can check the order history, pay for pending orders, request exchanges/returns, access discounts and coupons or change your password.

Disputes and Responsibilities
In situations of improper use of the website, Expolândia reserves the right to cancel the user registration or other associated data.
Expolândia does not disclose or sell its customers' data to third parties, so all information is confidential.

The website and its contents are protected by Portuguese and international copyright laws. Only Electronic copies or prints of website content are permitted for purposes that may be designated as commercially informational to the end consumer. Copying, modifying, or distributing any content from the website without the prior authorization of Expolândia, is expressly prohibited.
The product images are merely illustrative, do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of Expolândia. In case of doubt, we recommend contacting you through the e-mail email@example.com.
Although typographical or omission errors may occur, Expolândia reserves the right to correct these errors or any other content, without prior notice, as long as they do not affect the legal right of the consumer.
In case of eventual pricing and/or stock errors detected in the order processing, the customer will be contacted by e-mail. If the detected error is one of price and the product value is actually lower than the one shown, the difference will be returned, if superior, the customer will be contacted and can accept or cancel the order.
When placing an order on our website, the user will receive a copy by email. If you don't receive it, check the SPAM/Unsolicited Email box. The user must verify that all data is correct and, if any error is found, contact us as soon as possible via the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. All changes requested after the shipment of the order may not be carried out.
You can check the status of your order, in your Customer Area.
The order is only; é processed and the stock reserved after the user makes the payment.
If you wish to cancel an order before its dispatch, just send us an email to email@example.com to request this cancellation. If the request for cancellation is made after dispatch, it must follow the return process, in accordance with our Exchanges and Returns.
If already has made the payment, the refund will be made in accordance with our Exchanges and Returns.
Expolândia sends via CTT Expresso, DPD and DHL.
After the order has been shipped, the responsibility for it passes to the shipping company.
For deliveries in Madeira and Açores, shipping is; made exclusively by CTT, reserving à Exposes the right to change the method of transport if the customer selects one other than the one mentioned above.
All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 5º of Decree-Law nº 67/2003, of April 8, with amendments introduced by Decree-Law n.º 84/2008, of May 21st.
All products sold also benefit from a guarantee of compliance, without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees.
After receiving the order placed, the user must check if the product is in perfect condition and, in case of defect, contact us through the firstname.lastname@example.org within a15 days after delivery.
The guarantee is not applicable if the product is found to be defective due to misuse, or if the usage specifications are not respected.
In case of return, only refunded the value of the product.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are interested in exchanging/returning an order or part of it, you have 15 days after receiving it to do so.
To start the exchange/return process, you must order through your Customer Area > My orders and create the respective return, filling in all the requested fields.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method or via bank transfer to the indicated IBAN, within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of exchange/return.
The value of the postages is not refunded.
