Shipping and Returns
We deliver Worldwide by UPS.
All shipments are made from Portugal. All taxes and customs charges are supported by customers.
Shipping charges changes according to the order destiny country and order total amount.
All orders placed by 12:00 (GMT) are sent that day. Orders placed after 12:00 (GMT), or at weekends and Bank Holidays, are processed for sending on the next working day.
Portugal orders will always be delivered in1 to 3 working days. Orders from Madeira and Azores Islands will be delivered in a 9 days maximum. Worldwide orders will be delivered in 5 to 10 days.
Should you not receive your order within this timescale please contact us to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you for any reason wish to return your order (or part of your order) please email us to email@example.com within 15 days of purchasing stating the following:
• Your Order Number.
• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange - if you wish to exchange please tell us what product, size and colour you would like. If no information is provided we will assume you would like a refund.
After this e-mail, return us the product in original conditions (package included) for the next address:

We also advise you get a proof of postage and keep this until your return has been processed.
Sorry, we cannot offer a refund on postage for returns however do not charge for re-dispatches.
Please note: If you are returning your order from outside of the European Union, we cannot be held responsible for clearance customs issues. Any charges will need to be paid for by the customer.
