Returns and Exchanges Policy
Expolândia is dedicated to offering the best experience to its customers. This also extends to the exchanges and returns policy, where there is an effort to meet any and all customer needs.
If for any reason you are interested in exchanging/returning an order or part of it, you have 15 days after receipt to do so.
Although exchanges/returns are accepted for 15 days, except for defective products, the products will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:
- The product shows no signs of use;
- Find in the package;
- Be returned with all accessories, if any.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Expolândia reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return and respective refund.
To start the exchange/return process, you must place the order through your Client Area > My Orders. and create the respective return, filling in all the requested fields.
In the case of an exchange, fill in the remarks field with an indication of what you want to do.
After the authorized order, you have 15 days to send us the products, otherwise the process will be automatically canceled.
To send your products you must follow the instructions below:
- Place the well-packaged product in the original packaging;
- Do not stick any kind of ribbon/label on the original packaging;
- Place the packaging inside the shipping box. You can use the same box sent by us, however, you must ensure that it does not have labels from previous shipments;
- Place the return authorization and invoice inside the box. You can download the documents in your Client Area;
- Check that the products meet all the mentioned conditions.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen for exchange/return, keep the receipt until the entire process is complete.
The exchange/return request will be handled upon receipt of the box. You can check the status in your Client Area.
The refund is processed through the same payment method or bank transfer to the indicated IBAN, within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the cashier.
In the case of a refund request for products purchased at a reduced price, due to a special offer/campaign, the amount to be refunded will be the amount actually paid and not the entirety.
We do not return postage.
Refunds are not accepted upon charge.
Exchanges/returns of products purchased in other stores are not accepted.
