Returns and Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are interested in returning an order or part of it, you must fill out the return form and send it along with the order within a maximum period of up to 15 days after the delivery date.
The product(s) must be shipped under the original conditions (including packaging of the pair) to the following address:

Please keep proof of delivery until the entire return process is complete. We regret that we will not be able to refund the return shipping costs but please note that we do not charge you for returning a product.
All articles, which meet the requirements mentioned above, can be exchanged or refunded. The exchange or request for refund must be made within 15 (fifteen) days after the date of receipt. In case of exchange, if the new order is higher cost, the user will have to bear the difference, adding to the change request the payment of the remainder. In the case of a request for reimbursement of a purchased item at a reduced price, due to a special offer/campaign, Expolandia, Lda will reimburse the amount actually paid by the user, and not in full.
Requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made through the form sent together with the invoice and the articles must be returned in the original packaging with no signs of use, containing inside the exchange/return form duly filled in. You can download the form here.
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the order. For payments made through MB and Credit Card the refund is made by bank transfer to the IBAN that you send us on the return form, for the payments made by Paypal the refund will be made by the same means of payment.
Contract resolution: Must be made within 15 (fifteen) days after the date of receipt. In order to exercise your rights in the event of an exchange or withdrawal, the articles must be returned in the original packaging with no signs of use with duly completed return form.
